- Consultation before you deliver about your wishes/needs
for post-partum care
(this may of course change once baby actually arrives!) - Prenatal breastfeeding class including a breastfeeding booklet on the early days of breastfeeding
- Breastfeeding support
- Infant massage instruction to help baby sleep and relax and and soothing techniques
- Practical support to learn about newborn care
- Practical support so that mother can rest, eat, bathe, etc.
- Simple meal preparation
- Consultation before and after you deliver (post-partum planning)
- Prenatal breastfeeding class (2 hours)
- 20 hours of daytime doula care (minimum 4 hours/shift)
- Breastfeeding support
- Recommendations and education about breastfeeding
- Home baby care, baby bath, soothing techniques, diapering basics

- 30 hours of daytime
doula care (minimum 4 hours/shift) during a 10 day period
- Breastfeeding support, breastfeeding recommendations and education
- Home baby care, baby bath, soothing techniques
- Infant massage instruction to help the baby sleep, and relax and to promote bonding
- Diapering basics, parent-child bonding

- 40 hours of daytime doula care (minimum 4 hours/shift) during a 2-3 week period
- Breastfeeding support, breastfeeding recommendations and education
- Home baby care, baby bath, soothing techniques
- Infant massage instruction to help the baby sleep,and relax and to promote bonding
- Diapering basics, meal preparation, parent-child bonding

- Doula care: $25/hour (4 hour minimum) (build your schedule to your needs)
- Private in home breastfeeding class $30 for one hour,
- $50 for 2 hours breastfeeding counselling ($30 an hour and $50 for 2 hours)
